The NRTEE's Departmental Performance Report (DPR) for 2002-2003 is a primary instrument of accountability to Parliament. It is a performance document written by the NRTEE that explains to Parliament the NRTEE's plans and expected results and accounts for the performance achieved. Explaining how the expected results are to be achieved and the means used to achieve them provides a basis for confidence in the government's stewardship of public resources.
